Private-Beta Terms

Selsela coordinates supplier discovery and procurement follow-up. A submitted request is not a purchase order, supplier acceptance, price quotation, credit approval, or binding commitment.

1. Service and operator

These terms apply to Selsela, operated by Selsela For Communications & IT LLC, with registered address at RHRA7069. Selsela provides private-beta supplier discovery, managed procurement coordination, prototype onboarding, and supplier-portal services.

2. Selsela is not an open marketplace

Supplier profiles are discovery signals. Selsela may contact suppliers and coordinate discussions, but goods are sold by the relevant supplier under separately confirmed terms unless Selsela expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

3. No order on form submission

Submitting a website or ChatGPT form authorizes Selsela to register the request and contact you. No order, payment, reservation, account, credit line, delivery date, or price becomes binding until the relevant parties explicitly confirm it through an appropriate agreement or transaction document.

4. Supplier information

Public profile data may be incomplete, delayed, or changed by a supplier. Availability, specification, minimum order, lead time, pricing, taxes, delivery, credit, and compliance information must be reconfirmed before relying on it. “Verified” refers only to the scope of checks stated by Selsela at that time and is not a guarantee of performance.

5. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current business and procurement information.
• Have authority to act for the named business or clearly state when you do not.
• Use the service only for lawful business procurement.
• Review supplier terms, specifications, licenses, invoices, taxes, delivery conditions, and credit documents before accepting them.
• Do not submit unnecessary personal data, unlawful content, malware, or another party's confidential information without authority.

6. Private-beta operation

Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. Selsela may limit or reject requests that fall outside the beta scope, appear abusive, create legal or operational risk, or cannot be serviced responsibly.

7. Fees

The public request form does not itself charge a fee. Any paid Procurement Desk, supplier portal, activation, transaction, or professional service will be governed by separately disclosed commercial terms.

8. Confidentiality and data

Each party should protect non-public commercial information received through a request. Selsela handles personal data under its Privacy Notice. Customer-specific prices, credit terms, and private supplier contacts are not public directory information.

9. Intellectual property

Selsela's brand, software, interfaces, workflows, and content remain owned by Selsela or its licensors. You retain rights in information you submit and grant Selsela permission to use it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service, subject to the Privacy Notice and any separate agreement.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. Selsela does not guarantee that a supplier will respond, approve an account, extend credit, maintain a price, or deliver. Nothing on the service is legal, tax, food-safety, financial, or credit advice. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Subject to any mandatory rule or separately agreed dispute process, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
